Greetings and welcome to the website of the Phenomenal Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Psi Omega Chapter, chartered in February, 1926, has been a provider of many inspirational and educational community programs to Boston area residents for over 80 years!  In addition to providing many needed programs in our community, we’ve also provided approximately $90,000 in scholarships to graduating high school seniors, as a means to assist these students in obtaining a college education.

Founded on January 15, 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is the oldest Greek letter Sorority founded by and for African-American women. In 1908, our founders began a legacy of Excellence, Service, and Proficiency and as women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, we strive to keep this legacy alive today by providing Extraordinarily Stellar Programs throughout the Boston area. Our goal as women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is to provide “Service to all Mankind”.  As we continue to build upon the vision of our dear founders, we hope that you will continue to support our chapter and sorority as we embark upon endeavors that are beneficial to our local communities.
